Monterey County Open Studios Art Tour

Ever wonder what an artist’s studio looks like? Have you been curious about my friend, Andrea McCann, and her horse painting? If so, join us at her home, Sleeping Dog Ranch to see where the magic happens. I’ll have a booth set up as I work on some felted magic, but the real star of the studio is Casino, the BLM mustang that Andrea paints.

Yes. Paints. As in *he* is the canvas (voluntarily). You have got to witness this firsthand.

Plus, you can visit the miniature donkeys, assorted poultry, horses, and Amaroo the Emu!

Just next door is Laurie Tholen’s studio where she makes beautiful metal jewelry and sculptures. You won’t want to miss this free event spread out across Monterey County.
